    No Tent backup required. Oak Hall provides exquisite photos and a dramatic entrance through hand carved barn doors from Turkey. Yes, we thought of everything. Want a more dramatic look? Then use your non-refundable deposit for a tent and let us drape the chandeliers and cypress ceiling. A wow factor unlike anything!

    Dramatic enormous wrought iron chandeliers set on a Cypress ceiling. Can’t help but look up! LED colored lighting sets the mood for dancing. And oh, are those speakers in the ceiling? Yup, if you want to do a playlist, then use our Studio sound system!

   Ok, luxury bathrooms are our thing. No more "Muh" restrooms. A cypress and Italian black porcelain tile for the men, but the women have a luxury feel with bling and yes, its bigger, as it should be. And don't forget the free survival times in the women's restroom.

01 Impact Fee? What's That?

   Those pesky impact fees which are a surcharge on vendors and can range from 5% to 20% on food and beverage. Here at Hart Meadows Ranch, we do not charge an impact fee whether you use our recommendations or not.

02 I Got Eaten Alive

    Nobody likes bugs and that is why we not only have a monthly service but we spray the day of your event for a pest free evening all at no additional charge.

03 But I Need a Golf Cart for My Grandma

   You got it! We include 2 limo golf cart sizes, low to the ground with drivers to help Granny or anyone else that needs a little extra assistance. Oh and did we mention that our venue is handicap accessible?

01 What Are Your Minimums?

    I get it. Some have minimums for rentals but we do not.

02 I Love it, but I Can't Afford the Fees

    It's expensive to deliver and pick up rentals not to mention added service fees. If you have a tight budget, this is an option.

03 Quality Matters

   Our rentals that you can add on by upgrading your venue package to include are custom made with the finest hardwoods and materials. No detail spared and with less wear and tear.
